Requirements

Before the installation of Masjidbox Screens on your Raspberry Pi, you need:

Etcher to flash the Masjidbox image onto the SD Card: https://www.balena.io/etcher/
Ethernet for the first install.

Step 1: Download Masjidbox OS

Download the latest version of the Masjidbox OS on the Dashboard

Step 2: Download Etcher tool

Download and install the Etcher tool. This tool is used for writing the Masjidbox OS to the SD Card

Step 3: Write the Masjidbox OS Image to your SD Card

Once you have downloaded the image file, use Etcher to write the image to your SD card.

Step 4: Insert the SD Card Into the Raspberry Pi

Eject the SD card from your computer and insert it into the Raspberry Pi

Step 5: Plug your RTC Clock into your Raspberry Pi

Step 6: Connect the Raspberry Pi

Step 7: Turn the Raspberry Pi ON

Step 1: Create your Android Developer account

It is necessary to register for a Google Developer Account to publish your Android apps. The Developer account is where you will submit, as well as manage, your Android apps.
