How to extend your Silver plan subscription

Your Silver plan subscription gives you access to advanced features across Masjidbox products. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can extend, update payment details, or manage your plan anytime from your billing dashboard.

Access your billing dashboard

Navigate to your subscription settings:

  1. Log in to your Masjidbox dashboard at dashboard.masjidbox.com

  2. Click the Settings gear icon in the header

  3. Select Billing from the menu, or go directly to dashboard.masjidbox.com/a/billing

For product-specific billing (e.g., Screens or Applications), navigate to /a/screens/billing or /a/applications/billing.

Extend your Silver subscription

Silver plans auto-renew monthly (€15-€29 depending on product) or annually. To manually extend or upgrade:

  1. On the billing page, select your desired Silver plan option

  2. Choose your subscription period (monthly or annual)

  3. Enter your payment details if not already saved

  4. Click Pay to complete the subscription

After subscribing, you may see "Your subscription request is in process..." for a few minutes. If this message doesn't disappear, refresh the page or contact support.

Update an expired payment method

If your payment fails or your card expires, update your payment details:

  1. Go to your billing page (see above)

  2. Enter your new card details in the payment form

  3. Click Pay

Updating your payment method does not charge your card immediately. The new details apply to your next billing cycle.

If you see endless loading or get stuck on the subscription request screen, refresh the page or contact support to verify your payment was processed.

Convert customs duties to plan credits

If you paid customs duties or taxes on Masjidbox hardware (like a Player device), you can convert that amount into Silver plan credits.

This feature is not self-service. Contact Masjidbox support with:

  • Your customs duty receipt or the amount paid

  • How you'd like to use the credit (e.g., split across months or apply to one subscription period)

Support will credit your account with the equivalent subscription time (e.g., €29 = 1 month of Silver).
