How to use the built-in library of verses and hadiths
Masjidbox includes a pre-loaded database of Quranic verses and hadiths available to all customers at no extra cost, regardless of your subscription plan.
The built-in library is completely free. You can use it on any plan, including the free tier.
Access the built-in library
Go to Verses & Hadiths in your dashboard sidebar.
The library displays automatically with verses and hadiths tagged as "Verse of the day" or "Hadith of the day." These rotate daily on your Screens, Applications, and other products.
Switch between built-in and custom content
By default, Masjidbox shows its pre-loaded verses and hadiths. To control what displays:
Open Verses & Hadiths
Find the toggle Display my Hadiths & Verses Selection
Toggle off to use only Masjidbox's built-in library
Toggle on to include your custom entries alongside the built-in content
Keep the toggle off if you want to use only the free pre-loaded content. Turn it on to mix in your own additions.
How it differs from custom content
The built-in library and custom content serve different purposes:
Built-in library: Pre-loaded by Masjidbox, automatically rotates daily, available in multiple languages, no editing needed
Custom content: You add and manage your own verses and hadiths, schedule them for specific days or dates, edit or delete them anytime

Use verses and hadiths in your products
Add verses and hadiths to playlists for Masjidbox Screens or include them in your Applications. The system selects one randomly each day from your active library.
The built-in library works offline once your device has downloaded the content.
