Is Masjidbox Donations available in my country?
Masjidbox Donations is available in countries where Stripe Connect supports account creation and payouts. If your mosque is located in an unsupported country, you won't be able to complete the Stripe setup required to receive donations.

Masjidbox Donations works in the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
Extended support via Stripe partnerships: Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa.

How to verify eligibility in your dashboard
To confirm whether Donations will work in your country:
Log in to your Masjidbox dashboard with manager access
Navigate to the Donations section in the sidebar
Attempt to complete the Stripe Connect setup
If your country is unsupported, you'll see an error, or the validation process won't complete. Supported countries will proceed through Stripe account verification.
In the United States, non-profit status may be required for certain Stripe features. Contact Masjidbox support if you encounter verification issues.
